Job summary

XSYS Global is seeking a Product Regulatory Specialist to ensure product compliance across markets, with emphasis on US regulations. You will collect regulatory data, assess impacts, and support R&D and sustainability initiatives, working on-site in Morristown, NJ.

Ideal candidates have chemistry background, 5+ years in regulatory roles, and strong problem-solving and communication skills, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
• 5+ years in product regulation or product safety
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office and EH&S tools
• Technical knowledge of printing plates preferred
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel within the US and abroad
• English fluency; other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Collect and document regulatory information from the supply chain
• Evaluate product data and legislation (focus on US regulations)
• Create and share impact assessments for XSYS products
• Implement measures internally and towards customers and authorities
• Create safety data sheets for chemical products
• Respond to regulatory inquiries
• Develop and adapt processes for compliance
• Support R&D in regulatory aspects
• Monitor substance classifications and regulatory developments (TSCA, REACH)
• Register/notify chemical substances and products
• Assess raw materials and approve materials in qualification
• Support sustainability programs
• Other duties as assigned
