Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join the ST-Litho Quality Team. You will translate customer requirements into improvements, lead investigations, drive root-cause resolution, and strengthen process controls across key product lines.

This 100% onsite role offers significant technical ownership with global collaboration, including interactions with teams in Japan and Korea, supplier visits, and audits. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Chemical engineering or materials science degree required or higher.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or semiconductor tech.
• Experience in semiconductor materials industry or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives across product lines to improve consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement SPC controls, update batch sheets, and set specifications and control limits.
• Review control charts, investigate trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead MRB activities related to product quality issues.
• Conduct technical process audits to ensure SOP adherence.
• Prepare PCNs and coordinate with customers on qualification testing.
