Job summary

Qnity Electronics is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to lead the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Kalrez® business. This onsite role in Newark, Delaware focuses on investigations, CAPA, audits, and cross-functional improvement. Sponsorship is not available.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in semiconductor/manufacturing, a technical engineering degree, and strong analytical skills to drive quality initiatives across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years in Semiconductor, Aerospace & Defense, or related manufacturing.
• Experience leading root cause investigations using structured methodologies.
• Experience managing CAPA and SCAR processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance QMS compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100D, Nadcap, AS13100 and other requirements.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and 8D reporting (Salesforce).
• Manage CAPA, SCAR, and continuous improvement activities for timely resolutions.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits; support supplier and regulatory audits.
• Analyze quality data and trends; implement preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Process, Applications, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing.
