Job summary

Qnity, a global leader in materials and solutions for advanced electronics, seeks an ACST NAR & EUR Quality Leader to drive the quality strategy and align sites with global standards. The role requires coordinating cross-functional efforts, leading improvements in QMS, and guiding teams in Hayward CA and Newark DE to elevate customer satisfaction.

You will implement robust quality practices, lead RCA/FMEA, and set KPIs to measure performance across the NAR & EUR region, with focus on

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemical Eng, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
• 8+ years in semiconductor materials in a technical role.
• Deep knowledge of cleaning chemistry and CMP slurry.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with quality systems (FMEA, SPC, RCA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA processes for Qnity ACST products.
• Lead improvements to quality mgmt systems and tools.
• Ensure FMEA, SPC, RCA and change management are applied.
• Lead design and production quality during scale-up and HVM.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance for NAR & EUR region.
• Manage Hayward CA and Newark DE quality teams.
• Coordinate with partners to improve process control and quality.
