Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking an on-site Procurement Specialist to support our production facilities in Melrose Park, IL; Warrendale, PA; Wilson, NC; or Grand Island, NY.

You will receive approved requisitions, validate and release purchase orders in ERP, maintain vendor master data, and monitor deliveries with suppliers. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in procurement or shared services; SAP SRM familiarity and ticketing tool experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 1 year in Procurement or Shared Services/help-desk.
• Familiarity with SAP SRM or similar systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Marval or other ticket tools.
• MS Office proficiency; SharePoint/Teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive approved purchase requisitions and execute transactions promptly.
• Validate purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Release reviewed POs to suppliers.
• Create POs and contracts in ERP and manage supplier data.
• Maintain vendor master data and data integrity.
• Track POs and manage changes in delivery, price, quantity.
• Maintain SAP confirmations and coordinate with Material Management.
• Coordinate delivery with suppliers and follow up.
• Verify price and quantity differences.
• Ensure PO approvals per defined rules.
• Maintain master data for compliance and accuracy.
• Serve as contact for local requestors and suppliers.
• Provide guidance and training on procurement tools.
• Support process improvements by identifying gaps.
