Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders, vendor data, and ERP transactions at our Wilson, NC facility (onsite 4+ days per week). The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain and at least 1 year in procurement or shared services.

Candidates with SAP SRM, ServiceNow, Marval, or ticket-based systems, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills will excel as they support supplier communications and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services / help-desk environment.
• Familiarity with SAP SRM or similar procurement systems desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Marval or other ticket-based help-desk tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint and Teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive approved purchase requisitions and execute transactions in ERP.
• Validate purchase orders for completeness and correctness to minimize errors.
• Release approved POs to suppliers.
• Create POs and contracts in ERP and manage vendor master data.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and monitor PO delivery, price, and quantity changes.
• Maintain SAP/ERP for direct communications with Material Management.
• Monitor delivery and coordinate with suppliers before delivery.
• Resolve price/quantity differences and ensure PO approvals per rules.
• Maintain master data to support compliance and accuracy.
• Serve as a local procurement contact and provide guidance on tools and processes.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and enhancements.
