You will execute PO creation, data management in NetSuite, inventory replenishment, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement, NetSuite experience, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ procurement experience.
• Experience with NetSuite software.
• Strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily purchase orders and follow-ups with suppliers.
• Maintain data in ERP systems (NetSuite) for orders and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Plant, Design and Site teams to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with plant personnel to align procurement with production schedules.
