Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to improve manufacturing performance in a high-speed production environment. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to analyze downtime, drive improvements, and support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing. Strong Lean, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing engineering field or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies and downtime trends; implement practical improvements.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams on reliability initiatives.
• Lead and support Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, VSM, POU).
• Assist with equipment upgrades, process modifications, and troubleshooting.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and maintain cross-functional documentation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve safety and quality.
• Coach and guide manufacturing staff to improve process execution.
