Job summary
firstPRO 360 is seeking a Process Engineer to support plant operations through hands-on troubleshooting, process improvement, and CI initiatives. You will partner with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership to identify problems and drive improvements from concept through execution.
The ideal candidate has a BS, 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, process safety, RCA, and capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial facility.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with equipment/process design, capital projects, and facility improvements.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process safety principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support plant operations on the manufacturing floor partnering with operators, maintenance, and plant leadership.
- Identify problems, develop solutions, and drive improvements from concept through execution.
- Lead or participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate on capital projects and facility improvements.
