Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience
• Engineering degree (preferred chemical or mechanical)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Optimize production systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce scrap
• Launch new programs, run samples and service orders
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to resolve process issues
• Plan and execute process improvement experiments
• Interface with customers, suppliers and other plants on quality concerns
