Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Fort Worth area client. The role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling design, and problem-solving on the production floor.

This full-time position offers a first shift and a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, and has at least two years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Strong mechanical and manufacturing background.
• Proficient in troubleshooting on the production floor.
• Experience improving manufacturing processes.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.
• Work with maintenance on equipment installations and modifications.
• Improve quality and production efficiency. Identify ways to reduce production time and manufacturing costs.
• Create drawings and instructions for production processes.
