A leading healthcare company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Process Engineer to manage engineering support for automated assembly processes. This onsite position requires a minimum of 3 years in plastic injection mold processing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The successful candidate will coordinate validations for manufacturing equipment and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plastic injection mold processing experience required.
• Experience in Lean Sigma programs preferred.
• RJG Master Molder Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering support for automated assembly processes.
• Perform process development on new and existing molds.
• Coordinate and perform validations for manufacturing equipment.
