Qualifications

• Strong background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, and quality systems.
• RJG Master Molder certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate molding efforts for new product launches.
• Develop, assess, and document new and existing injection molding processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in product quality and productivity.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to process technicians.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors to address performance issues.
• Monitor mold performance and recommend repairs.
