Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on injection molding experience.
• Strong background in tooling, machinery, and quality systems.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring process technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship to process technicians and operators.
• Document and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Troubleshoot molding processes and production equipment.
