Job summary

Print NW in Lakewood, WA seeks a Project Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish, acting as a bridge between customers, Sales Representatives, and Production teams. This onsite, full-time hourly role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate deadlines, prepare proofs, track schedules in Excel, and keep clients informed while supporting a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and tracking.
• Strong skills with Word, Outlook and OneNote.
• Very accurate with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with Sales and customers to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure projects move smoothly through the manufacturing process.
• Track project details, schedules, and information using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Keep customers and Sales Representatives informed of project status and respond to questions.
• Send and obtain approval on proofs before production.
• Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions.
• Maintain accurate project information and documentation.
