Job summary

RR Donnelley in West Loop, Chicago IL, seeks a Reprographics Associate to deliver high-quality reprographics, print production, and mail services for clients and internal teams.

The role requires experience with ENGAGE and Adobe Creative Cloud, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Overtime is regularly required on short notice to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year reprographics experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing reprographics, mail services and related support.
• Use logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before starting work.
• Perform reprographics, mail and intake tasks per procedures.
• Meet deadlines for accepting, completing and delivering work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Interact with clients in person, by phone, or electronically.
