Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Print & Copy Technical Service Specialist in Overland Park, KS to join our Field Service team. This hands-on, customer-facing role is ideal for mechanically inclined, tech-curious individuals who enjoy real-time problem solving.

We provide training and clear pathways for advancement, and you will support client environments with hands-on service. The role emphasizes strong customer communication, independent scheduling, and a proactive approach to equipment

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
Prior technical or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
Customer service mindset with a team-first attitude.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair printers, copiers, and related office equipment.
Serve as a hands-on print and copy technology expert.
Manage and support local printing environments at customer locations.
Provide reliable, in-person technical support to clients.
Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage your schedule and service calls independently.
Think creatively to resolve unique equipment and technical challenges.
