Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to maintain pricing data, lead price updates, and respond to customer pricing requests. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and keep pricing activities on schedule.

This role blends pricing analysis with data management and contract administration. A strong eye for detail, ownership of tasks, and a desire to improve processes will help you grow your pricing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing data and update customer pricing requests.
• Analyze pricing and gross margin information and report findings to Product teams.
• Enter, maintain, and audit pricing and customer contracts for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain pricing reports and tracking tools in Excel/Sheets.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and IT to resolve pricing issues.
