Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Able to train fellow inspectors.
• Record data and complete inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Perform cleaning, fitting, filing, tapping, reaming, blending, polishing and aligning parts.
• Set up and calibrate precision measuring equipment and measure parts to tolerances of +/- .0002".
• Record data and complete inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance.
• Inspect components visually and release product for shipment.
• Identify defective parts and communicate nonconformances promptly.
