Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an onsite role in Hayward, CA. The position supports manufacturing equipment through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires knowledge of CMMS (Maximo preferred), PLC systems, electrical and mechanical drawings, and strict adherence to cGMP and EHS policies. 3–5 years of automation maintenance experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding cGMP procedures and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with CMMS is preferred (Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address trouble calls promptly.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow GDP under Baxter policies.
• Ensure safety with Arc Flash, LOTO and electrical safety practices.
• Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
