Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in mechanical/optical inspection.
• Experience 1-3 years in inspection in manufacturing.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and material certifications.
• Basic GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming mechanical and optical components using precision measurement tools.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and optical inspections to verify conformance to specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Review material certifications, supplier documentation, and inspection records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, document, and process nonconformances in accordance with QMS procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability of parts and materials.
• Prioritize incoming inspection workflow and communicate discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, cleanroom, and ESD protocols as required.
• Ability to work onsite and lift up to 35 pounds as required.
