Responsibilities

• Lead PreAccess operations and oversee front-end revenue cycle functions.
• Coordinate daily PreAccess activities with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and revenue cycle best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce denials.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
• Support staffing plans and on-call coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with Baystate Health and Huron leadership to resolve escalated issues.
