Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level professional design experience or strong portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial/Transportation/Graphic/UX design.
• Strong sketching, rendering, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts and basic 2D/3D design proposals.
• General understanding of powersports products, customers, market trends, and design development processes.
• Ability to receive direction, incorporate feedback, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and time-management ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop original 2D styling concepts through sketching, rendering, and digital design tools.
• Create design proposals, presentation visuals, and digital assets that support concept, package, and production development activities.
• Collaborate with designers, digital modelers, engineers, product planning, CMF/graphics/UI contributors, suppliers, and global teams to support styling feasibility and project milestones.
• Support design reviews through clean visual communication, presentation preparation, reference material development, and design evaluation activities.
• Participate in market, customer, product, and competitive research to identify styling trends and powersports use cases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design tools, visualization workflows, and creative development processes.
