Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Transportation / Graphic Design or related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience may substitute for a degree or combination of experience.
• Strong sketching and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias, Blender, Rhino, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops original styling concepts through sketching, rendering, and digital design tools, balancing aesthetics, cost, and manufacturability.
• Collaborates with Design, Engineering, Product Planning, and Modeling teams throughout the development process.
• Participates in market, consumer, and competitive research to identify styling trends and customer preferences.
• Supports design reviews and presentations with internal stakeholders and develops physical and digital models.
• Stays current on industry trends and contributes to continuous improvement and efficient design processes.
