• Respond to tenant needs and issues.
• Perform financial reporting and lease abstracting.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans.
• Prepare legal notices for approval.
• Review rent and CAM charges for timeliness and accuracy.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Coordinate daily team activities and schedule tasks.
• Model CBRE RISE values and drive collaboration.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
