Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Project Manager for a prominent client in Indianapolis, IN. This onsite role supports PMO deployment activities and ensures the project management methodology is followed to go-live successfully.

You will coordinate with PMO leads, technical teams and partners, manage milestones, risk, and reporting, and drive governance and change control processes. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.
Experience in IT Service Management / ERP / SAP / SAP HANA projects is a plus.
Pharmaceutical environment experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provides guidance and monitors execution of PMO activities across the delivery organization.
Follows standard methodologies and governance to execute PMO processes.
Drives PMO activities with PMO Lead, Deployment Leads, technical teams and partners to ensure successful delivery.
Links milestones to the overall project plan and critical path to ensure go-live readiness.
Collaborates with Wave PMO Lead to apply best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinates activities to meet milestones and support related projects needing PMO assistance.
Maintains Change Control processes for responsible areas and ensures proper governance.
Manages status reporting, risk, issues, assumptions, decisions, scope and project templates.
