Job summary

McKee Utility Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an onsite Austin, TX project. You will oversee budget, schedule, scope, and overall financial performance, coordinating with Operations, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget results.

Responsibilities include leading project engineers and assistant PMs, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and successful closeout, while prioritizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of construction project-management experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project’s budget, schedule, scope, and overall financial performance.
• Track WIP projections, project costs, commitments, billings, and forecasts to completion.
• Coordinate field execution with Operations and project leadership.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement logs, and other documentation.
• Review shop drawings for contract compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain project logs and status reports.
