Job summary

McKee is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for the Edmond/Arcadia, OK area. You will lead projects from award through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and client communications to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Role involves mentoring project engineers, coordinating with Operations and subcontractors, and maintaining rigorous documentation. Regular on-site work with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of construction project-management experience in water/wastewater or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, schedule, scope, and financial performance.
• Track WIP, costs, commitments, billings, and forecasts to completion.
• Coordinate field execution with Operations and project leadership.
• Develop and monitor schedules using Primavera P6.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement logs.
• Review shop drawings and as-built documentation for contract compliance.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors; ensure proper contract execution.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Support project closeout and final documentation.
