Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC in Memphis seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager / QA Manager / Inspector to support a Fire Alarm replacement at an occupied IRS Service Center Complex.

This on-site role will provide project management and quality assurance construction inspection oversight, helping ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with contract documents approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications

10+ years in construction, QA/QC, or Owner’s Representative roles.
Fire alarm system training and NICET Level II or III certification required.
Familiarity with IFC, NFPA standards, and life-safety requirements.
Experience inspecting multiple construction disciplines on-site.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-site PM and Owner’s Representative, overseeing contractor performance.
Inspect work for compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and pay apps.
Lead meetings, track actions, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Monitor safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.
