Job summary

Procon is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / Inspector to support a roof replacement at an occupied IRS Service Center Complex in Memphis, TN.

This on-site role will provide project management and quality assurance construction inspection oversight, helping ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with contract documents approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• RRO certification required; minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in inspection, QA/QC, construction management, or similar field-based role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Construction Project Manager and Owner’s Representative, providing daily oversight of construction activities.
• Inspect work for compliance with contract documents, codes, quality standards, safety, and security requirements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay apps, testing, inspections, and project logs.
