Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience; 5+ preferred.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Concrete, high-rise, parking structure or self-perform experience preferred.
• Experience with budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders and scheduling.
• Strong Excel skills; Procore experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings/models; Tekla experience is a plus.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
• Must be comfortable working onsite from the project jobsite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own budgets, cost forecasting, labor productivity and project margins.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders.
• Build and maintain pour/placement schedules.
• Coordinate formwork, rebar, embeds, PT, concrete pumps and deliveries.
• Work closely with Superintendents and direct self-perform field crews.
• Lead GC/owner communication, progress meetings and project reporting.
• Manage procurement, billings, pay applications and closeout.
