STRUCTURAL, part of Structural Group, invites applications for a Senior Project Manager in Chicago, IL. You will lead complex industrial construction/restore projects from planning through execution, directing field teams and coordinating with estimators, sales, and contracts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction/restoration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and coordinate with internal contracts teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with field leadership.
