Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on controls engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, troubleshoot, and tune PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and plant control systems.
- Integrate automation across processing, packaging, and conveying equipment.
- Configure and support VFDs, servos, instrumentation, and electrical schematics.
- Lead controls scope on capital projects from concept to commissioning (FAT/SAT).
- Drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for chronic issues.
