Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration seeks an experienced Stone Mountain Operations Manager to lead daily plant production, optimize schedules, and drive safety and efficiency. You will manage staffing, training, and policy formulation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years related manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental regs.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production operations of the plant.
• Develop production schedules to meet internal and customer goals.
• Supervise production staff, including hiring and training.
• Formulate manufacturing policies, forecast manpower and facility needs, maintain inventory controls, and set time/quality standards.
• Oversee engineering and technical requirements of production operations.
• Address tooling, manufacturing engineering, production sequence, material routings, and cost-reduction opportunities.
