Job summary

SSW Advanced Technologies, LLC, a growing multinational supplier to global appliance OEMs, is seeking an Onsite Plant Manager in Clinton, IA.

You will oversee production, maintenance, shipping, receiving and quality control across departments, drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement programs including 5S and the SS W PS 2.0 system, while leading managers and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in metal manufacturing.
• Production management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant operations to meet safety, delivery, production, maintenance, quality targets.
• Lead department managers including Production, Maintenance, Lab and Grains.
• Develop and control profits, plans, and budget.
• Monitor suppliers and cost controls.
• Ensure 5S and SS W PS 2.0 quality systems.
