ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Deming, NM facility. You will lead maintenance strategy, oversee plant maintenance, and drive continuous improvements to maximize reliability and efficiency in a fully onsite environment.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance/engineering in relevant industries, a Bachelor’s in engineering/production preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/production preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance/engineering experience in food, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive maintenance strategy and planned maintenance execution.
• Oversee Deming plant maintenance and CMMS SAP module implementation.
• Direct maintenance employees and optimize equipment utilization, scheduling and costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction opportunities.
