As the site SME, you will engage with hourly and salaried staff, lead HR projects, and advance Principle Based Management across the plant. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in HRBP/Generalist/Manager role.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership.
• Experience coordinating with front line supervisors.
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to leaders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships across functions and on-site teams.
• Serve as site-level HR subject matter expert for all HR matters.
• Align HR goals to site business goals and track progress.
• Partner with operations, commercial, and maintenance leaders on staffing.
• Support supervisors and leaders in implementing our compensation philosophy.
• Contribute to succession planning and retention of high-potential employees.
• Promote Principle Based Management across the site.
• Oversee headcount reporting, timekeeping support, and HR systems support.
• Engage hourly staff with regular plant-floor involvement.
• Lead HR projects and transformation initiatives with focus on change management.
