Georgia-Pacific is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with managers and employees for our Albion, MI and Lebanon, TN facilities. This is an onsite role seated at the Albion, MI plant location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in an HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive initiatives.
• Experience working with front line supervisors and data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across functions and on-site teams to guide HR strategy.
• Serve as site-level subject matter expert for HR matters.
• Align HR goals with site business goals and monitor progress.
• Support staffing, compensation philosophy and leadership development.
• Lead HR projects with change management and non-union focus.
