Job summary
Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer, seeks a senior Site Controller for our Charlotte, NC plant. The role leads financial planning, reporting, and controls, partnering with plant leadership to improve margin and working capital.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance or business administration.
- Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) or MBA preferred.
- Experience leading financial planning, reporting and controls.
Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to translate financial results into actionable actions.
- Lead monthly close, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
- Drive cost-out, productivity, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Develop KPIs and Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Maintain GAAP compliance, internal controls, and SOX processes.
