Regal Rexnord in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager II, Site Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and controls for a $100M+ manufacturing operation. You will partner with Plant Manager and operations to turn data into insights, drive profitability, productivity and working capital, and ensure disciplined financial processes aligned with corporate policy.
The role requires strong leadership, GAAP expertise, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or OneStream, plus Power BI proficiency

The Manager II, Site Controller is the finance leader for the Charlotte, NC manufacturing plant, a $100M+ annual revenue operation. This high-impact role leads financial planning, reporting, analysis, controls, and performance management while serving as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and plant leadership team. The Site Controller links financial results to operational execution by turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. This position helps drive profitability, productivity, working capital, and continuous improvement while ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting, strong internal controls, and disciplined processes that support timely decision-making.
