Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager II, Site Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and controls for a $100M+ manufacturing operation. You will partner with Plant Manager and operations to turn data into insights, drive profitability, productivity and working capital, and ensure disciplined financial processes aligned with corporate policy.

The role requires strong leadership, GAAP expertise, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or OneStream, plus Power BI proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, incl. cost accounting and controllership.
• Strong operational finance and business partnership skills.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• ERP proficiency with SAP, OneStream, or related system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership by turning financial and operational performance into actionable actions.
• Lead monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and corporate reporting with audit partners.
• Lead the monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and ongoing business reviews.
• Drive variance analysis, explaining key drivers, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Analyze sales, costs, margin, productivity, and capital investments to drive performance.
• Develop KPIs and Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility and decisions.
• Maintain GAAP/SOX controls and lead a finance team member, including coaching and prioritization.
