Job summary

Lincotek Group seeks a hands-on Plant Controller to lead plant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls across our manufacturing operations in Oregon. The role partners with plant leadership to boost profitability and drive strategic decisions.

Reporting to the CFO, you will analyze costs, manage inventories, and develop monthly reports, forecasts, and KPIs while advancing process improvements and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven analysis and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations leadership to support financial and operational goals.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, profitability analyses, and key performance metrics.
• Manage annual budgets and monitor departmental spending.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, audits, and financial compliance activities.
• Develop reports and business insights utilizing ERP systems and advanced Excel tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
