Concentra is seeking a Physical Therapist for an onsite, full-time role at its clinics in Maspeth and the Bronx, NY. The position focuses on supervision, evaluation, and rehabilitation to help patients regain motor function and perform daily tasks.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 10AM–6PM with locations rotating Maspeth and Bronx; sign-on bonus of $8,000. Candidates will collaborate with physicians, document care, and participate in professional development.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York.
• Experience in rehabilitation and occupational therapy settings preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Maspeth and Bronx.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality patient care services.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, and neurological problems.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Plan and supervise therapy programs to restore function.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports.
• Collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care.
