Job summary

Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy in Stafford, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment programs for a diverse patient population within a dynamic rehabilitation facility.

You will work onsite with a team of professionals focused on improving patient health outcomes and quality of life, delivering evidence-based therapies and documenting care in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA/CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy, or eligibility to obtain in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Strong ability to establish rapport with patients and motivate adherence.
• Commitment to professional development and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations using standardized tools and clinical techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neuro, and sports medicine.
• Apply evidence-based methods to maximize outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide therapeutic care within the facility tailored to patient needs for functional gains.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols, self-management, and prevention.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and contribute to team objectives.
