Job summary

HealthCare Recruitment Counselors seeks a dynamic Physical Therapist for our Woodbridge, VA clinic. The role focuses on musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular care within a multidisciplinary team, driving patient outcomes and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient/orthopedic or sports therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions.
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services.
• Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing medical community in Woodbridge, VA. Within our office we treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions and the incoming Physical Therapist will work alongside our diverse team to help our patients with their health and wellness goals.
