Job summary

Physio Physical Therapy in Asheville, NC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient setting. You will assess and treat a range of conditions, build individualized plans, and collaborate with a team to improve patient outcomes.

In this full-time role, you will manage a caseload of about 50 visits per week, participate in ongoing professional development, and leverage in-house CEUs, mentorship, and clinical support to grow clinically and within our leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions
• Develop individualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and document treatment in Raintree EMR
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team initiatives
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with built-in time for documentation
