• Print collection batch labels for phlebotomy collections.
• Maintain infection control standards and proper specimen handling.
• Process specimens for send-out per procedures and timelines.
• Support departmental processes and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Handle calls, document issues, and escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Manage supplies and inventory; deliver lab supplies when needed.
• Transport specimens to testing departments as required.
