Job summary

Qualifications

• MUST have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric/geriatric.
• Able to work across multiple sites with limited notice.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and ensure a safe patient environment.
• Represent the organization professionally with patients and staff.
• Cover multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed.
