Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. The position emphasizes data entry of prescriptions, provider communications, and issue resolution across departments. A PA tech license and professional phone presence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Pharmacy Technician or similar role.
• PTCB or NHA certification required before joining.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or willing to obtain and have it approved before start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations and software.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, focusing on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers with full call context; patient calls not currently included.
• Resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Maintain safety and compliance with corporate policies and state/federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
