MSD in West Point, PA is seeking a Scientist, Pharmacokinetics to execute and troubleshoot quantitative bioanalytical methods for small molecules, peptides, and biologics. The role involves LC-MS/MS, LBA workflows, and automated systems in a fast-paced discovery environment.

You will deliver high-quality PK/PD data, perform sample preparation, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant lab experience or MS with 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Experience quantitating large molecules/biologics via LBA.
• Strong collaboration and communication in multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop, validate and execute quantitative bioanalytical methods (LC-MS/MS, LBA) for small molecules, peptides and biologics.
• Deliver high-quality PK/PD data within established timelines.
• Perform manual and automated sample preparation (protein precipitation, SPE, immunocapture).
• Maintain lab operations, ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
• Support high-throughput workflows with robotics and automation.
